1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jjj7" / "the Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the jjj7 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at jjj7.club, operated under an international gaming license.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any natural person who has registered a jjj7 account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on jjj7, which holds that Player's identity information, balance, transaction history, and gaming records.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or bonus funds credited to a Player's account under a specific offer, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total cumulative amount that must be staked before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law and where jjj7 does not accept registrations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures that jjj7 is required to conduct under its licensing obligations.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and use jjj7, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting in your own name and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Territory where participation in online gaming is prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jjj7, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had a jjj7 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are registering with accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.

jjj7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified in the verification request may result in account suspension pending resolution.

3 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one jjj7 account. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jjj7 will close all but the oldest active account and may void any bonuses, winnings, or transactions associated with the duplicate accounts.

Players are responsible for:

• Keeping their login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not sharing them with any other person.
• Ensuring that all personal information held on the account remains accurate and current. Changes to name, address, or payment method must be notified to jjj7 support promptly.
• All activity conducted through their account, whether or not such activity was authorised by the account holder.
• Setting appropriate responsible gaming controls (deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders) as required to manage their play safely.

jjj7 may suspend or place restrictions on any account where unusual activity is detected, where verification documents have not been provided, or where the account is under investigation for potential breach of these Terms. During any suspension, the Player's real money balance will be preserved pending the outcome of the investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jjj7 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, and Meezan Bank internet banking.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's real money balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jjj7 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• The payment method used for a deposit must be registered in the same name as the jjj7 account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• jjj7 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, the Player's payment provider may apply its own charges, for which jjj7 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund the account and verified in the Player's name.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, the Player must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of jjj7's compliance team.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes published on the Platform at the time of the request. jjj7 will not manufacture delays to frustrate legitimate withdrawal requests.
• Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus balance must be fully met before the portion of funds attributable to that bonus can be withdrawn.
• jjj7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, consistent with its anti-money-laundering obligations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jjj7 offers a range of promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, PSL season promotions, and Ramadan specials. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. Each Player may claim each specific welcome bonus only once, regardless of whether they hold or have held multiple accounts.
• A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. The wagering multiplier, time limit, and eligible game contributions are stated on each promotion page.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed on the promotion page.
• If a withdrawal request is submitted while a bonus balance with an active wagering requirement remains on the account, jjj7 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it before processing the withdrawal of real money funds.
• jjj7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players where technically feasible.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or collusion will be voided and the relevant accounts suspended.

6 Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on jjj7 — including slots, live dealer games, Dragon Tiger, Butterfly Blossom, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack — are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited. The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by jjj7 or any other party.

• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake placed during that round will be returned to the Player's balance. Incomplete game rounds cannot be settled in favour of either party.
• Players must not use any form of artificial intelligence, automated software, bot, script, or exploit to gain an unfair advantage in any game. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
• The game history and transaction logs maintained by jjj7's systems constitute the definitive record of all game outcomes. In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, jjj7's server-side records shall be the authoritative source.
• Maximum bet limits apply to bonus play on specific games. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum during an active bonus will result in the voiding of the bonus.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets on jjj7, including cricket (PSL, bilateral series, ICC tournaments), and any other sports offered on the Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. Odds are subject to change before confirmation; the odds in effect at the moment of confirmation are final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed before bet placement.
• jjj7 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where there is evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption affecting the outcome of the relevant event.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds available at the time of placement. Network latency is the Player's responsibility; bets submitted after market closure will not be accepted.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, bets will generally be voided unless the specific market rules state otherwise. PSL matches subject to weather interruptions follow DLS method rulings where applicable.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply and are published on the sports betting section of the Platform.
• jjj7 will not accept bets from any person who has inside information about the event in question. Such bets will be voided upon detection.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jjj7:

• Registering under false, incomplete, or borrowed personal details.
• Creating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonus offers or manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial assistance to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a known exploit must be reported and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits after those funds have been used for wagering.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jjj7 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN or other means of IP obfuscation.

9 Responsible Gaming

jjj7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of tools designed to help Players maintain healthy gaming habits:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap their net losses over a defined period. Limits are applied instantly upon setting.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for any single gaming session, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications remind Players of their session duration and net result at intervals of their choosing.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off, login is disabled but the account and balance are preserved.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may elect to self-exclude for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires. Players who self-exclude will be removed from all marketing communications.

10 Privacy & Data

jjj7 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gaming services.
• jjj7 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required by law or licensing obligations.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to jjj7's legal retention obligations.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• jjj7 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• jjj7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity due to technical downtime.
• jjj7's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 12-month period preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jjj7's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
• Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that jjj7 does not guarantee any particular outcome. Losses incurred through fair, lawful gameplay are the sole responsibility of the Player.

12 Amendments to These Terms

jjj7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jjj7 will provide notice to registered Players via email or a prominent in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

The date at which these Terms were most recently updated is shown at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review this document periodically to remain informed of the current Terms.

13 Account Termination

Termination by the Player: A Player may request closure of their jjj7 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining after the deduction of any outstanding obligations will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Termination by jjj7: jjj7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information.
• Conduct that jjj7 reasonably considers to constitute fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• A regulatory or licensing authority directive requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed by jjj7 due to a material breach by the Player, jjj7 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to report the matter to relevant authorities.

14 Complaints & Dispute Resolution

jjj7 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the Platform, please follow the process below:

1. First Contact: Submit your complaint to the jjj7 customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Include your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant transaction IDs or screenshots.
2. Internal Review: jjj7 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt. Complex disputes may require additional time; you will be kept informed of progress.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of jjj7's internal review, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under jjj7's gaming license. Details of the applicable body are available from the support team upon request.

jjj7 does not charge any fee to Players for submitting or pursuing a complaint through the internal process.
